Booked one room for one night, before our flight at JFK. Finding the parking lot should have been the first red flag. Not well marked, and there is a parking garage on the same property which is NOT for guests (found that out the hard way). No one was at the front desk when we arrived at 8:45pm and we had to wait for them to return. Staff was not friendly or resourceful. Found our way to our room, which was incredibly noisy from the street traffic. Beds were uncomfortable, bath tub was nasty (our family didn't even risk showering because it was gross). Breakfast was just as bad as the rest of the experience. Would never stay here again.

The family and I came in from Rochester, ny for a concert at Forest hills stadium. From start to finish the staff were professional and kind.I chose this hotel because of it location to the venue and downtown nyc. It's conveniently located for easy ride sharing pick up and drop off. The rooms were no frill but super clean.

The room was dirty,floor was sticky.The bed had a sink in when you laid down.The room smelled musky.When I asked for a room change they said it's all filled.If you ask for a refund after checking out days ahead cause the room is not livable they say too bad.Lost $800 after staying one day here. I have no idea who all these positive reviews are here,maybe they changed a bit? It's the main reason I booked here.If you go the other floors in the hotel just to see it's kinda noisy as well.

There were cockroaches in the room, i found them on the bed! Staff did not seem surprised at all. Very disappointed, especially as there were young kids. skipped breakfast because of uncleanliness, ,disgusted
